不知是否近年坐多個企, 肚腩一天一天長大, 苦無對策,
物理治療師發現我脊椎側彎, 也有下復下垂, 如以下video , 要改善情况,
一星期兩次到物理治療中心做矯正運動, 躺下來挺胸收復, 深呼吸,
拉根, 做左兩個月矯正運動, 腰力明顯改善,也可以有以下效果呢!
不過天氣一陰一晴, 腰酸背疼, 有次散步時痛得要坐下來,
堅持每天要步行半小時, 所以近日多點户外活動,
總好過15 歐做一次治療, 政府津貼一半,私人保險幫補下, 好彩不用自費 !
最慘是有幾次在車上, 接手別人拿著的東西而弄傷,
今天又中招, 最怕老左無腰骨, 企唔直!

因為腰骨傷患, 不可做 sit up, 只可游背泳, 要收肚腩,談何容易??
唯有試以下這個, 五分鐘下瘦小復
痛症真係最折磨人, 出出入入行上行落都要小心啊! 另, 你毅力好好, 可以堅持矯正運動...
回覆刪除平時做多d拉筋運動...快步行下...已可以收好好既效果...唔使運動量好大既....take care啦...

同病相憐,不過應該冇你咁嚴重。 如果我有做yoga果排會好少少,諗緊join course迫自己regular去做。 努力!

做yoga或者都有助改善~ 我之前去做yoga都冇咁痛呢~ 另外學左d動作後最好每日在家都拉下, 會好好多!

do remember to put a thin cushion underweath your waist, to give some support your vertebrae.
