松露之鄉 Alba- 跑驢子比賽

每年秋冬天白松露的產季,每年十月義大利的白松露之都

阿爾巴Alba會舉行松露博覽會 Le Fiera dei Tartufo,

吸引老饕前去朝拜及逛L'Enoteca品酒, 

至今年已流傳了126年！

意大利白松露菌是舉世聞名的珍貴美食，

有「餐桌上的鑽石」之稱，每年秋冬舉行食松露晚宴,

是餐飲業者不會錯過的,  每年秋季約35天的松露市場Mercat del Tartufo ,

又冷又陰的阿爾巴擠滿了遊客!

白松露是蕈菌（fungi）的一種，

在意大利西北部皮埃蒙特 Piedmonte 的

Langhe, Monferrato 和 Roero 山區都能找到；

阿爾巴是松露的產地集散中心,

每年一度的松露慈善拍賣會上週在意大利阿爾巴舉行,

意大利佛羅倫斯及英國倫敦一間餐廳同時舉行，

整個拍賣過程全程由衛星直播。
 

每年十月整個小鎮舉鎮歡騰慶祝松露收成,吸引許多遊客,

我們是從 Piazza Savona 的入口走進去的,

廣場有炒栗子檔!!!!沿途色彩鮮豔旗 飄揚的, ,

阿爾巴Alba 城裡都發松露的濃鬱特殊氣味;

狹長的via Vittorio Emanuele II 小巷裡人山人海,

兩邊都有小貨攤, 許多商品的銷售

各色各的松露產品,松露橄欖油, 松露 Risotto,

松露 Polenta;  松露Salami,松露巧克力。

 

every year in October Alba will be opening up its street and piazzas

to the most interesting and colouring and animated event of the autumn:

the Truffle Fair.

The programme is varied and focuses entirely on quality, featuring food and wine, cultural ventures and entertainment, as well as the events which made the Fair so popular, ranging from the Donkey Palio, to the World Auction.

 這天全城分為9 組(小區)，分組演譯當年生活小節，

每區擁有區旗,徽章,裝束, 建築物懸著色彩鮮豔的區旗;

對那協調極佳詮釋的小區授予獎, 每區詮釋中世紀的生活情節,

有補鞋匠，收稅官，麵包師等！

真的意想不到一個小小城鄉也可把這活動辨得有聲有色，

今年的現場觀眾把城內擠得水洩不通！

他們真的百份百投入，道具也不少，家傳之寶也全端出!！

Borgo Santa Lorenzo

The town is divided into 9 Borgo (districts), each district has their own flags hanging on the balcony and outiside their window. Each district represent with different badge and have their own colourful medieval costume. Prize award to the Borgo (district) which stand out for the consistency of its costumes and accessories, its interpretation, and its choice of historical episode.

  wanna  eat some of the sausage but......

that evening, we have a meeting with our blogmate 小Nel who live in Asti,

they come all the way to meet us in the Asti until 11 pm. Thank you so much!

Both of our Italian husband prefer to have dinner in a restaurant in which all of us can sit comfortably, rather than eating on the food stall! This prove that both of them are from Northern Italy!

Mr Tomato has recommended a local wine to us, Dolcetto di Dogliani, which is a very good  local wine even though it does not carrya big fame like Barolo!

Three of us has chosen the Polenta with wild boar, but I forgot to take pics!

Here is our dessert, Tiramisu an dSemi Fredo!

 

 

So we have an aperitivo in a bar first, while waiting for the table  at a nearby restaurant. We were walking around and try some of the games.



跑 porchetta 比賽

I had won in one of the games ' va a casa di porchetta', a small piggy was put in the middle of a circle and then there were about ten openings slot in the rings. Ach participant is assigned an slot, where they need to attrack the little pig to go inside your slot/hole. When that small piggy entered into the slot where the participant was standing, that person is winning!

每年第二個禮拜日舉行San Palio 跑驢子比賽前,

都會嚟次中世紀古裝巡遊,  類似Asti 的 San Palio,

飯後 1 梨 排出致癌物質

我兩口子不是吸煙族, 我盡量避開吸煙族,

甚至可以說都很難避免吸2手煙; 不說2手煙,我我們常常進食烤肉, 所產生的致癌物質對人體的傷害。

韓國漢城大學醫學院找來一班吸煙者進行試驗，

讓他們每天吃750克份量的梨，

結果發現有吃梨的煙民較能有效將身體中的致癌物質－－

「多環芳香烴」的代謝物透過小便排出體外，

而份量較沒有吃梨的人為多。醫學院更利用老鼠作實驗，

發現牠們吸收加熱梨汁所含的多酚之後，

更能有效透過尿液排出致癌物質。

Recently I 'm in  love with pears, have been eating pear  2 or 3 times a week
even though I monly a second hand smoker.  Neither teddy bear nor I

smoke but going into a outdoor restaurant, it is very difficult to avoid.
